This behavior began after updating to 4.2.2. When attempting to sync with my bank after entering a uid and password, the app drops to the background. Bring it forward, and it will hang for a second, then drop to the background again.
Hopefully Intuit will read this and the other reviews like this and expedite a fix. Until then, Ill use the app as a basic checkbook register so I can sync with my desktop.
