Its tough to say. I had to update from Quicken 2013 to 2016. The app, my computer, and the bank were not syncing properly. The computer in the bank yes. The app, no. But my bank had recently did an update. (was that the problem?) After a week its all running smoothly. Im manly use the app to register charges and so forth so I dont have to enter into Quicken at home. After week everything settled down and is running fine. It makes things very easy and smoothly its not for business purposes but for personal. When doing my credit cards. I dont like that it uses the credit card company names instead of the names I have given them. So they dont stink
